Grah Shanti & Dosh Niwaran Poojan Rituals
Overview & Purpose
Grah Shanti and Dosh Niwaran rituals are performed to suppress or eliminate negative planetary influences (Grah-Dosh) in life and invite positive energy. The ritual involves:
-
Pleasing specific planetary deities alongside Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu.
-
Performing specific Nakshatra (Constellation) Poojan.
-
Conducting a sacred Hawan (fire ritual) to cultivate positive vibration and harmony.
Venue & Safety Guidelines
-
Ventilation: Perform rituals in an open space. If conducting indoors, ensure strong air circulation with windows and doors fully open.
-
Smoke Alarm Protocols:
-
Temporarily cover or remove batteries from local smoke detectors during the Hawan.
-
If the system is hardwired to a local fire or police department, notify them in advance or secure any required municipal permit before starting.
